KRYPTIQ is an aspiring English rapper from matero Lusaka,Zambia born on 22 November 2001.His name comes from the word "Cryptic" which is a word he found in the dictionary that simply means "having a secret or hidden meaning" something that can be applied to his music.
Kryptiq started dealing with depression after losing his mom back in 2016, so he projected his feelings and thoughts into music.He released his first mixtape “Cursedly Gifted in 2020 on his 19th birthday,and is in the process of releasing his 2nd mixtape “Cursedly Gifted Chapter 2:The Lost Pages”
He is heavily influenced by Eminem,NF,Hopsin,Joyner Lucas,GAWNE,Token,Enkay47,Witt Lowry,Ollie,AK,Bmike & Xxxtentacion
KR’s music incorporates Energetic,Fire-Spitting,Storytelling,Punchline verses reminiscent of his afor mentioned idos.
